Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Mainland: 1–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Providers

We use trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. Carrier choice may vary depending on your location and order size.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations.
Some large or heavy items may have delivery restrictions depending on location.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
