At The Slab Beast, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Custom or made-to-order items.

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, contact us immediately at theslabbeast@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
